	Terms and Conditions of Pretty- Laura S.L. with final consumer
	Our delivieris, services and offers are based on these terms and conditions. With his order the client agrees to these conditions.
	§ 1 Information requirements of the client (1) On his log-in, the client is obliged to introduce only true data. Changes of data important to our business relation such as name, adress, e-mail adress,consumer status have to be sent to Pretty-Laura immediately or before new orders.In case of wrong data, Pretty-Laura may cancel existing contracts and even close-off clients accounts. (2) The client will ensure that his e-mail adress is reachable.If the receipt of e-mails because of forwarding, closure or congestion of account is impossible, Pretty-Laura may referr to the rights mentioned in # 1. (3) The client will receive directly after having ordered a confirmation of order by e-mail from Pretty-Laura. The client will inform us immediately in case of not receiving the confirmation after a short while. (4) For the access to ou online-shop the purchaser receives a password. He is obliged to keep this password confidential and not accessible to unauthorized persons.Pretty-Laura assumes no liability in case of abuse of the password caused by the client.
	§ 2 Contract and Revocation You may cancel your contract of purchase within a weeks time without giving reasons in written form (f.e. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning your purchased goods. Deadline starts earliest on the day of receipt of goods, but not before receipt of this instructions in written form.
