Acryl powders are processed with acrylic liquid. The viscosity of the powder can be varied at will, as liquid is more or less used.

Dip the brush in the acrylic liquid - then the brush tip has to be laid into the acrilic powder almost horizontal.

After only a few seconds  a tiny globe of liquid and powder forms on the tip of the brush.
